一名30多岁的中国女留学生在日本大阪因在人行道骑电动行李箱被警方发现。她被控违反交通法，但辩称不知电动行李箱视为车辆，且是从中国网购。这些行李箱最高速度约13公里/小时，通常用于机场通勤等。日本法律将其归类为微型机动车，因不满足上路标准而禁行公共道路。这是日本首例因无证使用电动行李箱受罚案例。

As per the Telegram blog post, users can “Toggle Remain Anonymous in Admin rights to enable Batman mode. The anonymized admin will be hidden in the list of group members, and their messages in the chat will be signed with the group name, similar to channel posts.”

And as different people update it, your copy also gets updated.”
